Service Agreements

COMPUTER HEALTHCARE MAINTENANCE ORGANIZATION

CHMO COVERAGE:

Our Computer Healthcare Maintenance Organization agreement provides all of the services needed to keep up with today’s growing technological work environment. AStArt Technologies will design an agreement that suits the particular needs of the client. This agreement will include comprehensive plans with options to add, upgrade, or expand support, depending upon the requirements and budget constraints of the client. System design, full-line upgrades, peripherals, accessory hardware and software are just a few items that we encourage our clients to consult with us about. A huge benefit of becoming a CHMO member is that our staff will familiarize themselves with each client’s unique network and all system configurations so that we are able to respond to issues quickly and effectively. We will make ourselves available for same day service for CHMO clients under most circumstances. Our staff will present the most cost effective means of maintaining all computer and network needs. Our company believes in building long-term relationships and offering top class customer service.

Regular Services:

• Install hardware & software
• Train employees about general computer maintenance
• Routine hard drive Back-Ups
• Trouble-shoot hardware and software issues
• Configure printers
• Categorize computer related equipment
• Software selection & mapping

Advanced Services:

Advanced services are provided by experienced, degreed professionals and will be billed at a rate 1.5 times the CHMO prepaid block hour rate, to include the following:

• UNIX system work
• Router and switch configuration
• Network traffic analysis

Response Time:

• Priority Response

AStArt Technologies will make every effort to provide same day service for all CHMO clients.

• Emergency Response

Emergency service is defined to be any unscheduled request for service. Emergency response time will use 2 hours for every one-hour worked; to be deducted from CHMO prepaid blocks of time. An emergency response time for advanced services will be use 2.5 hours for every one-hour used of CHMO prepaid blocks of time.

• Phone/E-mail Support

All phone support will be billed in fifteen-minute increments, rounded to the nearest billing increment and charged against CHMO prepaid blocks of time. E-mail support will be billed in ten-minute increments per email basis. The above prices refer to normal business hours, to include Monday through Friday 9am-5pm.
